From youth to motherhood through post-menopause we have something for you. SOAR exercise programs pull from yoga, pilates, HIIT, and weight training using the science of biomechanics

Tanna is dedicated to an evidence based approach and uses biomechanics to assess your alignment and movement patterns and creates a workout as unique as you. The workouts will be unlike anything you've done before and will work to even out imbalances caused by daily living. This makes all movements easier and safer in the long run.
